If I could leave zero stars I would. I booked a roundtrip transport to Ocho Rios, I received tickets for all three passengers and transportation was confirmed. When I arrived, I was notified that the ride was cancelled and had been refunded to us because Viator has the wrong price listed. However, I had not received any email stating such and most of all I had not received a refund. The staff was not helpful and was rude, not helpful. I hope viator removes them from their website as they leave visitors stranded and have poor business practices

Amazing experience with Nepaul. He was timely and made great recommendations for our first trip to Jamaica. We stayed a little ways away from his normal pick up for MBJ and he still accommodated us for much less than other private services. The transport is comfortable and he is an expert at navigating rough roads and traffic. We booked him for all our excursions (Dunns River and Negril). We look forward to booking again when we get back to Montego Bay next year!

This operation should be the go-to operator in MBJ. If you need Airport transfers, sight seeing, tour bookings, personalized tour service, Coach bus for larger groups etc…give them the opportunity to provide the service.
